You've missed part of the scenario in your analysis read the attached scenario, paying particular attention to the bullet points at the bottom of the page and add to this.

As a result of the above you haven't listed ALL of the success criteria and there will be something else to add to your testing plan.

Furthermore your flowchart will increase as a result.  On the subject of your flowchart it is a bit simplistic.  I would suggest writing up the requirements of the program as  Pseudocode and this might make it easier to redraft the flow chart.

 

As for your program you only have questions for one subject and there needs to be three you also only have a hard version of the geography quiz and not an easy or moderate version.
