You've missed part of the scenario in your analysis read the attached scenario, paying particular attention to the bullet points at the bottom of the page and add to this.

As a result of the above you haven't listed ALL of the success criteria and there will be something else to add to your testing plan.

Where is your flowchart? I would suggest writing up the requirements of the program as  Pseudocode and this might make it easier to draft the flow chart the prep sheet even tells you what shapes to use so you should be able to do this.

​

As for your program;  it is pretty good (which shows what you can do when not acting like a petulant toddler) you do need a third subject though, however as you clearly know what you are doing I'll  leave you to it.
