Because the analysis is incomplete the success criteria isn't  complete and neither is your flowchart.  Once you have added the missing section to analysis you'll see where the changes to success criteria and flowchart will go.

You appear to have only made a quiz for one subject (maths) whilst it functions as it should I did ask for three subjects.
