You success criteria doesn't cover EVERYTHING the program must do (think reports)

 

Additionally your flowchart and pseudocode end suddenly as there is no evidence that you have considered how the reports are to be generated.

 

Your test plan is incomplete.  Remember you need to test the product against the success criteria which is based on the analysis.

 

You have produced a code for a science quiz (easy, medium, hard) and have written ten maths questions, this means you need to produce code to run the maths quiz and write out questions for your third topic.
