You success criteria doesn't cover EVERYTHING the program must do (think reports)

 

Additionally your flowchart and pseudocode end suddenly as there is no evidence that you have considered how the reports are to be generated.

 

Your test plan is incomplete.  Remember you need to test the product against the success criteria which is based on the analysis.

I cannot find your programs or notepad docs anywhere! EVERYTHING must be saved in your COMPUTER SCIENCE folder as I'm not searching for it.
